Pay It Forward News… In June 2014 a patron from Wildwood rest area, one of our organizations Job site called to Thank Us. The patron wanted to express his gratitude for two staff members: James Clark, Job Coach and Ed Rehm, Site Attendant for assisting him with a difficult situation. Both staff members exhibited two important FRW/ISS Values:
(1) Quality “Exceeding Customer Services”
(2) Empowerment “Freedom to Excel”
