Duties: Under the supervision of the Community Employment Program Manager, will be responsible for job coaching adults with disabilities assigned to fleet maintenance at Riverside County Fleet Services Center in Rubidoux. Must be able to train and supervise in all facets of fleet maintenance and safety.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m .
Qualifications: High school or equivalent. Must have experience in Fleet Maintenance or auto detailing and minor vehicle maintenance. Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license. H-6 DMV printout required at time of interview. Able to carry out oral and written directions. First aid/CPR certification a plus. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
Salary: $9.00 per hour.
Community Job Coach - Part Time

Duties: Part time, 21-30 hrs./wk. Assist individuals w/disabilities to learn specific job duties when hired by community employer. Responsible for individual's job-related case notes. Must be able to work flexible hours & weekends as needed.

Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED required. Good driving record and background history necessary. H-6 DMV printout required at time of interview. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. Non-sedentary.

Janitor - Part Time
Location: Public Rest Stop - I-10 Freeway - Yucaipa/Calimesa Area

Duties: Performs basic janitorial duties at Cal Trans public roadside rest areas located in the Yucaipa/Calimesa area. Responsible for keeping rest rooms and the immediate area clean and in an orderly condition. Performs any combination of the following: sweeps, mops, scrubs, polish, empty trash, wash down picnic area. Position is not responsible for any grounds keeping duties.
Working Hours: Varied work schedule. Must be available to work weekends/holidays.
Qualifications: Previous experience in janitorial helpful, but not necessary. Must be reliable and able to work the assigned schedule. Must provide own transportation. Lifting capacity: 50 lbs. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
Salary: $8.50 per hour
Grounds Keeping Supervisor / Driver

Duties: The employee will supervise and train individuals with developmental disabilities to perform grounds keeping duties at two Caltrans locations. Operating company vehicle, employee will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting individuals with disabilities to and from their job site.
Qualifications: Prior experience in lawn maintenance preferred. Must have excellent driving record and be insurable. Possess Class B driver's license or the ability to pass test (paid for by employer). H-6 DMV printout required at time of interview. High school diploma or equivalent. Frequent lifting and carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 75 lbs. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Salary: $9.00 per hour.

Qualifications: Must be people oriented. Two years previous retail management experience is required. Current, or ability to obtain, Notary License. Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to work with a wide range of customers. High School diploma or equivalent. Valid drivers license required.
Salary: $14.00 per hours.
